General Overview

General Overview

  • CMB anti-particle and anti-dry grinding fluoroplastic magnetic pump, ANSYSICEM+CFD, CFX finite element analysis, fluid visual simulation technology was used to design high-performance hydraulic model, pump body and impeller, impeller and isolation sleeve design with solid particle barrier ring structure, reduce particle wear.
  • The supporting shaft adopts non-cantilever supporting structure with fixed rotating shaft wide fulcrum, which avoids the trouble of shaft breakage of shaft driving rotor, and has better stability. The reinforced sleeve made of non-metallic material completely eliminates the damage caused by magnetic eddy current heating and improves the operation reliability.
  • PLUSSSiC composite ceramics manufacture sliding bearing components, which are not only resistant to wear of solid particles, but also can withstand empty operation for 30min under the condition of pumping. CMB(L) is designed with long suspension structure with bearings, which can prevent high temperature of medium from affecting motor operation.
  • The pump grain resistance, resistance to dry grinding, high efficiency and energy saving, stable running, quiet low vibration, high reliability, long life and other similar fluorine plastic magnetic pump incomparable advantages, break through the traditional fluorine plastic magnetic pump use restrictions, is strong corrosive, toxic, volatile, flammable and explosive, organic solvent and precious liquid ideal conveying equipment of environmental protection.
