General Overview
- IMD fluoro-Plastic magnetic pump is referred to as “IMD Fluoro-Lined magnetic pump” – the main components are steel lined F46, high strength pump body, using high-performance magnetic material “Neodymium iron boron” as the internal and external magnet, the isolation sleeve is made of imported non-metallic material, greatly reducing the magnetic vortex loss, can transport high concentration, density more than 1.9t/m3 strong corrosive medium.
- IMD fluoroplastic magnetic pump is driven by magnetic force indirectly and without contact. The inner and outer magnets are completely isolated with isolation sleeve, so that the pump cavity is in a completely closed state with strong corrosion resistance and no leakage. The pump shell has a sole, and the pump and motor are fixed on the common base, with good stability and lower operating noise and vibration. Thus, it completely prevents the dripping phenomenon and does not pollute the use site. It is especially suitable for conveying strong acid, strong alkalinity, strong oxidation, inflammable, explosive, toxic and volatile medium.
- Structural design for the pull-back, IMD fluoroplastic magnetic pump shape and Installation dimensions are designed and manufactured according to ISO international standards, all specifications are direct motor connected, supported by the middle bracket, compact structure, easy to disassemble. When repairing or replacing parts, the core parts can be drawn directly from the back without removing the pipeline and the base, which saves the man-hour maintenance and cost and greatly facilitates the customer.
